What made you choose your deck? What are some plays your deck can make?
I chose this deck because I didn't want to play Archfiend. I felt that I was most comfortable with this style of deck, and that it had a decent chance against Archfiend.
This deck usually tries to make a Rank 4 on the first turn using a Normal Summon and an extender (such as a Runick) to get some followup or disruption. If it gets access to the Apophis Field Spell the followup goes crazy, and you can make multiple pushes on turn 3. Going 2nd, it's usually going to go for Evilswarm Exciton Knight to try and equalize or Fighting Flame Sword to remove key cards. In an endgame, Radiant Typhoon Krosea looping with Radiant Typhoon Ascendance keeps you going while Anubis the Last Judge turns your MSTs into removal.
What were some tech choices you made? Would you make any changes to the list moving forward?
I played more Effect negation like the Forbidden Quick-Plays and Battlin' Boxing Cross Counter and cut down on Traps because of Archfiend. I'll probably revert this in the future. I also played the Salamandra Equip Spell and Infernoble Knight Turpin for more utility, which performed extremely well. The Black Goat Laughs also overperformed. I'll probably put Lavalval Chain and its targets back in the Main since I missed the followup from the 2nd send.
How did your deck handle the other pilots? Any notable moments?
It did quite well, but was weaker to other decks because I specifically targeted Archfiend. A lot of sets were close because I didn't have as many followup options. Notably, there was a very close 2-1 against Branded and an 0-2 loss to Galaxy of all things.
What cards/decks do you think should see more play in Trinity?
I think the Hecahands cards are very good as an engine, and I think Meluseek will see some play after it becomes Unlimited.
Any plans this summer?

archfiends were the best deck, and stephen wouldnt play it so i guess i played it before it got nerfed. deck was a pot puri of labrynth and archfiend. set traps grind the opponent and summon a harpies feather duster with 3100 atk and unaffexcted.

fiendsmith sequence won all games, should have gone for aa fiensmith strategy instead of labrynth.

besides flame nk and zombies all the other decks pose no real threat.

any crd that makes a engine going is good to see play...prefer to ban the payoffs than the engine
