What made you choose your deck? What are some plays your deck can make?
I had to redeem myself from the last YTC for going 1-2-1 with Fiendsmith Musketeer; I can’t be known as the guy who played the best deck and didn’t top. The main play my deck does is any light friend being able to convert to Fiendsmith Engraver from the deck. And Fiendsmith Engraver can later be converted into a Rank 6 over the course of 1 turn.
What were some tech choices you made? Would you make any changes to the list moving forward?
Main deck Archfiend Eccentrick for more s/t removal in the main, Terrors of the Afterroot/Terrors of the Overroot for more non-destruction based removal, D/D/D Wave High King Caesar to negate revival cards, and Chain Disappearance to answer Mirror Mage of the Ice Barrier.
How did your deck handle the other pilots? Any notable moments?
Smooth like butter. Majority of the games I felt like I was in control of because of my deck being able to access multiple tools on a dime. The only time I had some trouble was vs Diro’s Ice Barrier deck, Floodgates are strong, but removal is stronger. Best moment of the tournament for me was game 2 vs Ricape where I had to navigate 3 SS2 pops and a summon negate. After chewing through the backrow, I Triple Tactics Talent to draw 4 and Magical Musketeer Max for 3

Eldlich the Golden Lord should be added to the trinity banner

What made you choose your deck? What are some plays your deck can make?
I just think trap monsters are neat. The deck is supposed to sit on Rabbit, grab trap monsters with That's 10! and make rank 4s. The main point of synergy is Time Thief Power Reserve which kind of gave me the idea for this deck. At first it had way more Time Thief cards, but I found them to be quite bad especially with Redoer banned.
What were some tech choices you made? Would you make any changes to the list moving forward?
I tried Vulmina and Guardian Slime but never drew them during the tournament. In theory they should work fine. Also added Swamp Mirrorer in last minute to try to make Heretical Phobos Covos better, but it never came up.
How did your deck handle the other pilots? Any notable moments?
Tbh I kinda didn't even deserve this topcut when I lost a round and had 2 byes (Menethir conceded after a 4th summon on Edo and Erika just gave me the win). At least the game I played with Menethir was interesting because I drew 2 That's 10! and he didn't remove them so they went crazy, I even managed to summon You're Finished.

What made you choose your deck? What are some plays your deck can make?
I have had a fondness for the archetype coming from the tcg. The summons are very impactful, it abuses some of the older cards, and worked well enough with ragnaraikka.
What were some tech choices you made? Would you make any changes to the list moving forward?
I would definitely change the side deck, it never quite looked good to switch them in. I was also never able to make rank 8 plays, I would either switch them out for links or make it easier to summon them.
How did your deck handle the other pilots? Any notable moments?
Games I won always involved the powerful spells. Most decks can't handle the recovery or the established board of snakes. One such moment was against pendulums, my opponent allowed me to summon overlord to wipe the board to get more value off of their twin twister. Then overlord carried me through the game.
What card do you believe should be added to the trinity banner?
Hard to say what should be hit, there are many unexplored archetypes abd strategies. Through personal experience I don't like white witch and toy box existing together. Ties that bind in the shining sarcophagus archetype feels really strong when going off.

What made you choose your deck? What are some plays your deck can make?
I chose ib because it's a deck i like in design and in concept. The floodgates are good enough to shutdown some play if you know what deck your opponent is playing and it's also good going second with my board breakers in the E.D. I was labbing with it in this format for quite some time and realized it's still good even with all the good synchro 10/toad banned .
Some basic play are :
Having mirror magic master + another monster (generally revealer) tribute it to summon dragite turn 1 which make a spell and trap negate + a search, you can also make graydle dragon going second which result in a pop 4. If you manage to do this while having speaker in G.Y you can also make crocodragon which result in 4 draw + a search which is a very good turn 1 play (if my opponent don't have the out).
Another play to maintain my resource loop is to use the ice barrier trap to put in hand a used mirror magic master and use mirror magic master next turn to put back Ice barrier in my hand. The card i send from deck is generally tidal which can return the field as long as you have fodder for him which make him a good MMM target to make a synchro each turn.
What were some tech choices you made? Would you make any changes to the list moving forward?
I put a lot of S/T removal to counter the monster trap strategy (it didn't work). Maxx c was also a also a personal choice. This deck can be very hungry on the discard part so I chose to run it. I also decided to run ghost belle in main to protect mirror magic master against called by + counter the fiendsmith engine. Also shock trooper was in the side in part for the meme but also to counter a potential mirror and it worked! I think aoi should be cut, tributing a water monster (even a token) is too costly and substitoad need too much summon to make a decent play turn 1.
How did your deck handle the other pilots? Any notable moments?
Almost every time, I washed my opponent or I was washed myself. My deck is very dependent on the MMM resource loop so not having access to it because of a bad hand or because my opponent used called by the grave can as well be a complete exodia. The most notable moment for me was the moment vs flopish where i opened two games in a row the draw 4 turn 1 which just showed how nasty it can be.
What card do you believe should be added to the trinity banner?
The fiensmith engine definitively need to be hit. I'm also not a fan of the indestructible link 2 that search a summonable negate which is a bit too good for me. For my deck i would just like mirror magic master to not be banned. It would clearly kill the deck playability.
