What made you choose this deck for the tournament? What were your tech choices?

Witchcrafter Patronus and Neos Fusion were still unlimited so I could not refuse this list. I guess the Predaplants are techs, they go a long way, not much I would consider special in the side besides maybe Copy Plant.

Would you make any changes to the deck?

Honestly, I wouldn't. Loved how it performed and felt, but Neos Fusion is half-pointed so gotta change it anyway.

How did your tournament experience go? Any notable moments?

Well this time I didn't misplay that badly, and had a good turn around against Sonic who I had lost to in Swiss in finals.

Any general thoughts on the tournament, the ban list, or the format in general?

The format feels smooth, nothing overly powerful and quite a bit of fun, maybe this perception will change when I actually duel agaisnt Swordsoul.

What made you choose this deck for the tournament? What were your tech choices?

I had played Fluffals for champs because I feel that I am very comfortable with the deck even if I play other decks across the format and I had included the despias monster alongside the Neos Fusion stuff to see the despia monsters more.

Would you make any changes to the deck?

I would probably remove the neos fusion stuff for like dogmatika or possibly more draw spells.

How did your tournament experience go? Any notable moments?

It was a pretty smooth ride for the swiss rounds and the top 4 before just getting destroyed in the finals.

Any general thoughts on the tournament, the ban list, or the format in general?

This format seemed alright for a bit for fluffals but all I got to say is #FreeFluffalWings he did nothing wrong and i want justice for him.

What made you choose this deck for the tournament? What were your tech choices?

I was originally just going to play F.A. Assault mode but I felt that it only went 2-2 as a fluke, so I wanted something more consistent. I randomly remembered an adamancipator deck that impy built a while back that had inspired a fossil fusion deck I had built between then and now. I always wanted to try a fossil fusion deck but it was never viable since it was 1/2 point since I started trinity.

My tech choices were a hero engine for a mix of summoning dark gaia and making rank 4 xyz. My sideboard is rather standard with a mix of mind control hand traps, and graveyard hate. Scrap-Iron statue and Unwavering bond are universally useful against pendulums with fringe other applications. Dragon Capture Jar was a snipe at Impy who was testing Drulers ahead of time, but I also noticed my deck didn't put out too many high attack monsters and lots of popular dragons had higher attack than I could manage.

Would you make any changes to the deck?

The biggest change I would have made would be including a neos fusion package. Malicious Fiend never got summoned and it would have been a better use of my extra deck spots. Other small changes that I've made for the next banlist are including Link Spider for climbing into union carrier and Lavalval Chain for the mill effect.

How did your tournament experience go? Any notable moments?

For my first time in champs, I think it went well. Trinity is always fairly well-organized. I had a small kurfufle figuring out if I qualified since it was as simple as topping a random locals in August. But it all sorted out easily. I think my most notable moment was a match against X69420 where I played pot of greed before activating my adamanicpator researcher. I drew 2 hits for the researcher off POG and wiffed the researcher. If I had played POG second, I would have drawn my fossil fusion, which was one of my only ways of competing with Witchcrafters. It reallys shows the excitment and variance you can find in trinity.

Any general thoughts on the tournament, the ban list, or the format in general?

I think that Impy and X69420's decks emphasized some holes in the banlist. Clearly witchcrafter patronus makes it a touch too hard to interact with witchcrafters over time. Meanwhile dragons have a lot of tools available from various archetypes and Drulers are just shy of overpowered in trinity. My deck takes a hit in the next banlist with the latest floodgate purge knocking out barrier statues and Fossil Dyna, but honestly those are good choices.

What made you choose this deck for the tournament? What were your tech choices?

I picked Dragon Rulers because I found out they were one of the most powerful and consistent deck of the current banlist with the recent changes to the metagame. My techs included Ruins of dragons mainly for xyz decks and Geomathmech Magma for thoes pesty control match ups that set multiple backrow and want you to run over of their cards.

Would you make any changes to the deck?

I would cut magical hats, it was win more in the context using it on anything besides a Druler.

How did your tournament experience go? Any notable moments?

I pulled a clasic Impy "Run through swiss easly, and die in top 4 because of bricks."

Any general thoughts on the tournament, the ban list, or the format in general?

I honestly think the meta is in one of the greatist spaces it has been in years. Right now just about any tier 2 deck with a great pilot can top. The only decks that need a bit of tuning would be Despia and dragon soup.
